🍃 How quitting sugar helped me think more clearly

I didn't stop eating sugar to lose weight. I stopped because my thoughts was always busy.Five years ago, I started to see a trend in my life .I got energy quickly from sugar, but it usually cost me something.Focus was easy to lose. There were no evident reasons for the changes in mood. My cravings started to control my calendar more than my priorities did .I assumed this was typical at first .Life is busy. Days that last a long time. Tired mind. But the more I looked, the more I saw that sugar was harming more than just my body. It was changing the way I thought.
